Jacek entered the field of digital in 1999. The entry point to his career as UX’er was taking an interaction design course on Stanford University led by professor Scott Klemmer (in ca 2012). In 2013 he has built Usability LAB - a pioneering UX consultancy in Poland - and in 2017 sold it to RST Software Group. Currently, as Director of Digital Solutions at Makolab, he focuses on creating alignment between ux, seo and web analytics teams and agile delivery teams. He loves to learn about cognitive phenomenas, and his favourite author is Gary Klein.
