David’s passion for design and cars led him to the Motor City where he graduated from CCS in Transportation Design. He spent his early career at GM, ASC and Saleen where he penned the 2008 S5S Raptor super car and 2010 Saleen Mustang. David then jumped from sports cars to sports equipment where he led helmet design for Warrior.
David has spent the last decade partnering with brands large and small as Director of Innovation Strategy at Sundberg-Ferar working on cars that can walk, automotive HMI systems, high-speed trains, kitchen appliances, medical products and future educational strategies for remote learning.
David is also president of the Michigan Design Council and an adjust faculty member at CCS working with the next generation of designers.
